What is your policy concerning drop shipments?
There is no extra charge for drop shipments. We ask that a hard copy of the
purchase order be faxed to us to verify the shipping address and method of of shipping.
Do you accept credit cards as a method of payment?
Yes, we accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa.
What are the hours I can call to inquire about technical support or if I
need to place an order?
Our order desks are open from 8:00am to 5:00pm EST. Monday through Friday. The
same holds true for technical support.
What is the cutoff time for same day shipping?
Please have orders in by 4:00pm EST for same day shipping. We will try to get all
orders out the same day but we cannot guarantee it.
What service do you use to ship orders?
United Parcel Service is our standard shipper. If you require a different method
of shipment please let us know. Charges will vary depending on your choice of service.
What if the product I order is not in stock?
We do not backorder without your prior consent. If an order you placed cannot be
shipped complete within 3 business days we will contact you and you may cancel the order
if you desire.
Do you ship International?
We can ship International but do to the varying shipping costs and customs
regulations all International orders are handled personally by phone. We do not process
International orders online. |
