| To ensure an accurate
quotation we ask that you send the associated parts and a print along with each tool. Premium delivery is offered by quotation
only. Premium delivery is one (1) week unless otherwise noted on the quotation. Additional
setup charges of 25% and a minimum tool charge will be reflected in the quoted price.
