This tool was designed to reduce chatter and deflection while milling a pocket for the
guidance system in torpedoes. This defense contractor required 20 of these special end
mills which we later sharpened and refurbished. |

A major lawn and garden
manufacturer requested this 4" x 1 1/2" milling cutter to replace their current
method of manufacturing. This milling cutter enabled them to achieve a better finish and
accurate part. Raw material was M42 bar stock.
